Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyCollabCircle, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use MyCollabCircle. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To access most features, you'll need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

MyCollabCircle is a platform that connects creators, brands and agencies to discover each other, communicate, collaborate on campaigns, and transact securely through escrow-protected payments. We facilitate these connections but are not a party to the agreements you enter into with other users.

You retain all rights to the content you upload, post or share on MyCollabCircle ("User Content"). By making User Content available on the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to post it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Some features of MyCollabCircle require a paid subscription — pricing is shown on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Campaign payments between brands and creators are processed through our escrow service. Brands fund campaigns before work begins; funds are released to creators once the agreed deliverables are approved. We may charge a small platform fee on transactions, disclosed at the time of payment.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Impersonate another person, brand or entity
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene or harassing content
• Attempt to circumvent escrow or transact off-platform in a way that avoids our fees
• Buy, sell or artificially inflate followers, engagement or reviews
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to compromise the platform's security
• Scrape, copy or otherwise use our data or others' data without permission

The MyCollabCircle name, logo, platform, and all related software, designs and content (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce or distribute any of it without our prior written consent.

MyCollabCircle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of other users, or for the quality, safety or legality of any collaboration arranged through the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCollabCircle and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms other users or MyCollabCircle.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MyCollabCircle will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
